Kyle Kuhnel is a Managing Director at Broadsheet Communications and a 25-year PR veteran with experience leading strategic communications programs across technology, consumer, corporate, and financial services. He is expert in translating complex stories into clear narratives that drive business results and earn attention in both top-tier and trade media.
At Broadsheet, Kyle counsels media and technology companies on positioning, executive visibility, and sustained earned-media programs. He helps clients sharpen messaging, build thought leadership, and create consistent momentum around major business programs.
Prior to Broadsheet, Kyle was a Senior Account Supervisor at Kellen Communications, where he managed day-to-day public relations and marketing programs for clients including Commonfund, Transit Wireless, and the International Copper Association. He led strategic communications and integrated media campaigns, secured executive interviews and produced national and international press events for major client initiatives.
Before Kellen, Kyle served as a Client Service Manager at Gibbs & Soell, directing media relations and external communications for a broad range of clients including Syngenta Flowers, and consumer brands such as Miele, Golf Buddy, and Head Sports.
Earlier in his career, Kyle was Vice President at The Sherry Group / SK Communications, where he co-managed a boutique New Jersey PR agency and served the lead account role for clients including the United States Tennis Association (USTA), LG Electronics, Commonfund, Trek Women’s Triathlon, Wilson Golf, and Battelle. Kyle got his start in PR at The MWW Group (now MikeWorldWide), where he held various positions across the Corporate Communications and Consumer groups.
Kyle has secured client coverage and executive opportunities in outlets including the Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, Time, Wired, Reuters, The New York Times, and has coordinated executive interviews with CNBC, Bloomberg News, and Fox Business.
